Chris Carlson

Chris and Sandy Carlson are new to Compass but are veterans to the world of Real Estate. For years, they restored and flipped houses throughout Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley and tackled projects in Mammoth Lakes and New York City. Their passion for Real Estate eventually led them to the world of sales, which is where they have excelled. They are both experienced and skilled negotiators, who are dedicated to provide the highest degree of service to each of their Clients, whether they be Buyers or Sellers.

When working with first time Buyers, they provide the extra care and education necessary to guide them through the process. They enjoy the process of working with and getting to know new Buyers and have forged many life long friendships that began in the car, viewing properties through the streets, hills and beaches of Southern California.

As Listing Agents, they understand their Sellers' need to price their home accordingly and market it aggressively for a swift and problem-free transaction. Working as a team, Chris and Sandy hold energetic and lively Open Houses, when requested. They frequently work with Celebrity clientele and their Business Managers, where discretion and privacy are of the utmost importance.

Over the years, they have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with the sales and acquisitions of residential and income properties throughout Los Angeles.
